Programs & Curriculum

A year of leadership, sequenced on purpose.

Our curriculum is built around four progressive terms — each one building on the last so every child grows from self-awareness to world-changing service.

Term 11

Self-Leadership & Identity

Before you can lead anyone else, you have to know yourself. Children learn self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the power of a strong personal identity.

Term 22

Communication & Confidence

Speaking clearly, listening deeply, presenting ideas, and holding a room. Children build the voice their leadership needs.

Term 33

Service & Responsibility

Real leadership serves. Children take ownership of their actions and learn to lead by lifting others in family, school and community.

Term 44

Innovation & Global Relevance

Thinking creatively, solving problems, and understanding the wider world. Children prepare to lead in an ever-changing global context.
